Strategic Learning was founded on the belief that sustainable strategic change is based upon an organization’s ability to see and adapt better than its competitors. We also believe that this change does not come from a small group of strategic analysts or consultants but is developed and led by the leaders and teams driving change they believe in.
Strategic Learning Sweden is headed by Adam Eisen, a management consultant and facilitator in strategy and leadership with over 30 years experience in global business. Adam has extensive experience in facilitating the Strategic Learning process with clients in many countries and industries, working closely with leadership teams to create adaptive organizations and develop and implement winning strategies.
Strategic Learning also includes a network of experienced consultants who support clients as needed in areas such as market and financial analysis, program/project management and functional expertise.
Above all, we are committed to engaging leaders and teams in developing their own strategic competence, enabling them to continuously translate insights into action and competitive advantage.
