Strategic Learning has been used with companies and organizations across the globe to help leaders create adaptive organizations and develop and implement winning strategies. The process was originally developed by Willie Pietersen at Colombia University.
In facilitating the Strategic Learning process with our clients, we have enhanced it with a number of complementary tools and methods appropriate to our clients needs. These include Business Model Generation, Discovery Driven Growth, the 5 Dysfunctions of Teams and the 4 Disciplines of Execution. In doing so, we are able to design and facilitate programs that are well suited to our clients situation, opportunities and challenges, leadership and change management needs.
